What is the estimated percentage of Hawiye yar yar in this region?
Let's not insult them. There are two main Hawiye clans that live in Jubbaland, namely Gaaljecel and Sheekhaal. Sheekhaal live in lower parts of Middle Jubba near Lower Shabelle and Gaaljecel live in parts of Lower Jubba neighboring Marehan and Ogaden.

Couple years ago Marehan and Gaaljecel had some clashes in some villages in Kismaayo district but they have since reconciled and live in peace together.
Colaadii daba dheeraatay ee deegaanka Beerxaani iyo tuulooyinka ku xeeran ee gobolka Jubbadda hoose oo la soo af-jaray

Suldaan Rashiid Durre (beesha gaaljecel) ayaa tibaaxay inaysan suurta gal ahayn sii socoshada dagaal deegaameedkan, dhex maray dad waligood nabad ku wada joogay “sidaas awgeed ay muhiim tahay in laga xaalo dhibka dhcay, xeerna laga sameeysto si ayan markale u soo noqonin falalkii foosha xumaa ee nagu riday barakaca loona noqdo sidii loo noollaan jiray oo ahay in baad iyo biyoba la wadaago beesha sade_daarood-na ay ku mahadsan tahay inay intaa nala fahmeen”

your insults won't help in the claim that Kismayo is a Marehan city.
Neither will your denials not help. :)

Is Hawiye yar yar an insult? I didn't know.

Would they be less than 10% in this region?

Voltage, that could have been written in Microsoft Paint as far as i'm concerned.
You still fail to understand what voltage is implying. He is saying that Kismaayo whether we have it or not does not make a big difference for us as a power base in Jubbaland. Sxb go ahead and take kismayo but know according to voltage's projections beesha absame go from 28-31% of seats. Are you happier now, cuz you still aren't a majority.
I did understand what he said the first time, you on the other hand didn't bother reading properly and instead reacted like a venomous dhoocil. Now if you settled down you would have noticed that what i'm questioning is Voltage's claim that there is more Sade than Absame in Kismayo. If Sade gets 57% ( ) of the seats without the city and 60% with it, what does that mean sunshine?

I shouldn't be surprised by the reaction of a dude which recently claimed to be an atheist before retracting and saying that he just wanted a lil attention . Get outta this thread son and let the men discuss.

like a little mukalal you hold a string infront you and you can't resist it.

Why don't you challenge all of voltage's projections, instead of kismayo. I think your not so bright for several reasons. 1. you legitimize with your response, 2. you let voltage set the parameters of the debate.

This is a joke don't get mad, but I am reminded of the term doqonki Ogaadeen.

"Yar-yar" is a form of yas in Somali tribal dichotomy. Obviously they are not in the majority but they deserve their equitable justice like everyone else in the state.

Attention :!:

I will not tolerate inner Jubilant fighting in this topic, clan discussion is frowned upon but accepted under the strict condition that it doesn't lead to clan feud. get it together grouches!

Fighter, welcome back man......since u are now a free man free from exile, has the news of the major oil discovery in Jubaland reached u in ur absence?

Don't try to change the subject, you came in guns blazing and over-confident only to be shown that you're not the brightest fella around. I questioned Voltage specifically about Kismayo, not the whole region, so don't try to move the goal posts abaayo.

It has. Has it actually been discovered with the use of oil exploration wells or is it just speculation? Hopefully billions of barrels will be found
