Is Ducaale coming to the land a game changer?

Postby The`Republic » Mon Apr 30, 2012 3:21 pm

It has been some months since the fanfare in Columbus, Ohio when the Danish Ahmed Faarax Ducaale was chosen as the "president" of Jubbaland State. I must say I neither supported nor opposed the event as I could not support something that was built outside of the land nor could I oppose because I wanted to keep hope alive. Now we have Mr Ducaale in Africa, so for Nairobi. What I believe is a game changer is the diversity and names of the people who welcomed him. They are from all different sub-clans of Sade and hold sway in different parts of Sade lands in Jubba Valley. I must say it gives Ducaale a legitimacy to be welcomed by such a group with the title he has been nominated to. Now we hear like XIman has been telling us that Mr Ducaale will make his way to the Gedo region where he is to be welcomed by the armed forces there and the administration he will build will receive oath of loyalty.

Is this the first steps toward Sade political organization and cohesion after a long black hole?

I sure hope so. If He indeed does make it to Gedo He will indeed have my 100% support. Anybody with a PhD, living a comfortable life abroad that comes back to help His people should be supported

:)

This is indeed a game changer, many people both abroad and back home doubted the movement with legitimate concerns but as we can all see today, the movement is finally going home. Dr. Ducaale came at a time his needed the most by the people. The shacab are well aware of all the events that are currently unfolding and with no disrespect to anyone but they simply do not trust some individuals who have ulterior motives, which will ultimately hinder progress and bring nothing but destruction.

Dr. Ducaale at this time is qualified to lead beesha to a new direction, I am not saying his beacon of hope but as SADE we have to throw our weight behind him. The competing factions will have no choice but join and take part in the formation of Jubbaland. Once we establish the base in GEDO, we can start the crucial negotiations with our brothers Beesha Absame aswell as other Jubbaland clans.

At the moment, I wish to see Dr. Ducaale personally meeting heavyweights like Adeer Barre Hiraale and winning his support thus shutting alot of critics up.

Anyways, once he sets his feet in Gedo, the final pieces of the puzzle should start coming together. :som:

Mashallah, hopefully this will move towards a tangible administration on the ground. :)
