Wagardhac & Celi threats technical committee with law suit

Postby Adali » Mon Aug 27, 2012 1:29 pm

To: The Technical Selection Committee (TSC),
Mogadishu
Cc: Supreme Court of the Country,
Mogadishu
Cc: All Sade Clan Elders,
Their Headquarters
We are surprised by the behavior of the Technical Selection Committee (TSC) and how it has discriminated the MPs of the Sade Clan, in particular those originating from the East, in the Galgudud region, like:
a) Mr. Hussain Warsame Samatar;
b) Mr. Ahmed Warsame Mohamed.
The accusations used to disqualify the above honorables are simply a fabrication without any basis and they are politically and factionally motivated.
What happened is for us an affront to the honour of the above honorable and also to the Mohamed Amman Rer clan (Wagardhac) and the Eli clan.
The accusations are unfounded and without any proof and in order to take it to the competent court, we request from you to give us the names of those responsible so that we can sue them.
For us the decisions you have taken are not well considered and they can lead to the trampling of personal rights, ones honour and integrity that are enshrined by the Constitution of the nation and the laws of the country.
Wa Billaahi Tawfiiq.
Sultan Hassan Elmi Jama “Xasan Yare”

the selection process is turning into a farce, without any due process.
The sade elders should stand firm and demand their rights :som:

Agreed. The accusation about Gen Warsame is BS.

it seems that the entire selection process is about removing anyone whom may have a nationalist tendency.
by dominating the selection process the international community is already predetermining the outcome of any election.

I was already aware of the AU/UN agenda in Somalia, but to see it in action is shocking :o :som:

Good thing the Beesha wont accept this BS. Hopefully the corrupt TSC will backdown on their decision.
