I heard they covered the event last night in London, in remembrance of Shire Jaamac Jugge(aun) celebrating his brilliant work on the day it was adopted as the official Somali written language, unfortunately I missed the event because I was sleeping due to being fuked up from Friday night Eid stuff

but family went and told me about it, apparently there will be a similar celebration every year from this point onward which is just great, I can feel the Somali renaissance is upon us fellas.
I can't believe I missed it though, after having spent absurd amount of time reading and writing about Shire Jaamac(aun) I miss the first actual event dedicated to him the father of the Somali written language, very depressing indeed.
