Zingii,

I thought u were all about the brotherly love but now it sounds like your only agreeing because you don't have a better choice. But if you had the upper hand, I wonder how YOU would deal with us. Probably give us a worse deal then we are giving The Sade cousins huh?

If I were madoobe I would offer MRs a 60, 30, 10 deal. They get the 30 and the rest will get 10. If they arent content with that i would exclude gedo and get 90% deal with the two jubbas and give minorities 10%.

If that's what's fair due to them then excellent BUT if anybody is entitled to more by right and law then they should by all means get their rightful shares. Now having said that, if your unhappy with your portion and thinks its unfair when it really isn't, your just looking to cause trouble lol

Jubbaland as one administrative unit is a very old dream. It's older than Somaliweyn. It goes back to colonial times. It goes back to the 1800s. It was discussed when our grand grand fathers were infants.

Metamorphosis, do you think Jubbaland will become a reality when you decide to have a 60-30-10 sharing agreement? It won't happen with such a ridiculous power structure. Everyone must get their fair share or Jubbaland will not happen. Somalis look after their own interests first. No where on Earth will someone agree to having barely any representation in their own city and in their own lands. How do you give "the rest" 10% when Geeljecel, Sheikhaal, other Hawiye, Bantus and others collectively are more than Marehan and Ogaden in Kismayo? It won't fly. Even Marehan will not accept 30%. The Bantu will go crazy as well. Hundreds of years of being victimized, they will finally snap. Jareerweyne are 500,000-900,000 in Konfuurta. They are demanding their fair share.

Marehan only settles in one out of the three regions and make up about 30% of the populations. The rest make about 15% of the whole population so they have it good with a 10% deal. There are no hawiyes in jubbaland so end your propaganda and talk real. If that doesnt work we can always keep 100% of the power and brutally supress all dissents because we can. :D

So 60% of "Jubbaland" is Ogaden?

I can bet you have never stepped foot inside that region if you think the others are 10%. Bantu themselves are more than 10%. Do you have any idea how large the Bantu community is down there? That is where they settle in.

Sheikhaal and Geeljecel are Hawiye so of course Hawiye live in Jubbaland

Your ONLY option is to keep Kismayo 100% for yourselves when it comes to the administration. Taking over the place without consulting the other clans is much more respectful than proposing the 60-30-10 power sharing agreement. Thats a slap in the face to them. Are they your ari?

Just extending a hand to the rest specially those that are fighting for it.
Dont let your mind trick you into thinking i dont wield power.
I rather take the city via politics than by the GUN specially
if i consider the competitors close KIN. I dont see the need
to spill blood when i know that i have the upper hand which ever
way the wind pushes.

Zingii,

Let's see how you would devide it up. What percentages would you be comfortable with in terms of power sharing amongst the population?
