Pat I just listened to the VOA debate and I didn't know how they divided the 500 ergo before which will build the state but according to Ghandi about 75% into the debate the 500 ergo was divided thus

140 starting reps for all three regions (Gedo, Lower Jubba, Middle Jubba) = 420

Then Gedo was given 30 more reps for having the most districts and 50 reps were allocated to Kismaayo itself to be shared by all its clans

30 + 50 + 420 = 500
