Col Barre Hiiraale: Will fight the Kenyan occupation to end

Postby The`Republic » Sat Apr 19, 2014 3:39 pm

Col Barre Hiiraale was interviewed by the VOA about why the deal failed

He says

-The PM supports the illegal Kenyan admin himself and was not partial (The PM is a close cousin of Fartaag)
-He has never recognized the illegal Kenyan admin so what talks are there to air differences
-He will defend the people of Kismaayo to end and will die in battle than talk with criminals
-He wants to reap consequences for all the injustices the illegal Kenyan admin reaped

Barre Hiiraale is a true freedom fighter. There is no compromise in tyranny. He wants to break them and will bait his time for the right strike. Seems Barre will only rest with Ahmed Madoobe's head on a silver platter.

Be realistic, you get emotional sometimes and talk nonsense.

No Somali clan can fight occupation on their own, we need to work with the Hawiyes on this KDF problem as we seem to momentarily share common interest with them. :|

Read the Wikileaks. Barre has never worked with the Ethiopians and they have never trusted him. After Al Shabaab swept from Kismaayo to Gedo, he held his fort (much like Goobweyn today) at Dollow and for two years Al Shabaab couldn't dislodge him. He built himself up again and the Ethiopians who were against zal Shabaab coming to their border started to support him.

Soon after they arrested him and it was widely known he was under arrest by the Ethiopians. The reason? Ideological reasons about Somali sovereignty.

Actually it was also exposed that Barre was the man the Kenyans first wanted as President of the buffer zone they were planning, but his fate was sealed and he was under arrest.

Months later, he undertook that daring escape and traveled to Ceel-waaq where he spoke on the BBC. He was in Ceel-waaq until the Dollow troops had advanced to Beled-Xaawo and Garbahaaray. That's when he left for Mogadishu and from there to Kismaayo.

I bet the Kenyans are wishing they waited a little longer because the man they first wanted turned out to be the biggest threat to their plan.

True warrior and patriot. The underline issue were allways the interference of neighbouring countries in Jubbaland and their agendas. Not their somali proxy agents.

A day in the brain of Voltage.
On Friday 18th - Hiraale will enter Kismayo ( )

Him and his boys have accepted to finalize the Addis Ababa accord and enter Kismaayo. He has with him about 1600 boys and they have just left Goobweyn to be greeted by the PM, IGAD envoy, Ethiopian envoy, Sade Elders Council who came back because of him, and members of the Jubba transitional maamul.
On Saturday 19th - Sade leaders plan last leg of the agreement

A bit later...

Goobweyn refused the endorse the rest of Addis Ababa Accord.
Finally to conclude this day of contradiction.

You are a simpleton that's why. In none of these threads did I start with analysis.

I simply brought the news in real time. If the events have a different outcome to how they looked from starting, that is news to be brought.
