Yeah XIman is right this guy is Wagardhac and he was recently in Goobweyn threatening Ras Kamboni every day. He led the Somalia elders to Somaliland. One thing I noticed is Majeerteen like the title Boqorka beelaha Darood and the Marehan like the title Suldaanka beelaha Darod
