1.Galgaduud,Mudug,Shilaabo,Wardheer-Collectively called Reer Mudug
2.Doolow Bay,Deeka,Gedo,Lower and Middle Juba-Collectively called Reer Gedo/Dir' Hara

1.1 Reer Mudug- Wagardhac Amanreer, Hawraarsame Amanreer, Raadamiir Amanreer(Reer Diini and Celi)
2.2 Reer Gedo/Dir'Hara- Uurmidig, Hassan Gaashiredle, Talxe Amanreer, Hawraarsame Amanree, Raadamiir Amanreer( Faqa Yaaqub, Reer Ahmed, Sonfure, Celi Dheere,Cali Xussen,Reer Diini)

the Guri and Galti divide in Gedo.
a. The Guri Mareexan- the first conquarers of Dir'Hara from the Booran and Galla people, From Doolow bay to Sarinley.
a.a The Guri Mareexaan- Hawraarsame Amanreer, Talxe Amanreer, Reer Hassan Gaashiredle, Uurmidig, Soonfure, Faqa Yaaquub, Part of Celi Dheere, Part of Reer Diini( esp. Reer Cusman of Baardheere).

b. The Galti Mareexaan- Those who arrived late during the colonial era.
