Faarmajo has tried to destroy puntland by bypassing the puntland state structures to directly giving the money to odyaal dhaqmeed for the road construction in bosaso which resulted in arresting the odyal dhaqmeed. This is obviously was attempt to create conflict between the gov and people.
I understand puntland has been not helpful to farmjo and was undermining his authority.

3. Farmajo has not been to helpful to darood in any way while khyire has been arming hawyie with military equipment and paying their salaries.
