Why do marehans and leelkase look different from the rest of darood specially leelkase half of them look south Asian and Yemeni the rest of them look dark as Dinka and why do marehans look more habeshi Eritrean more lightskin even in the marehan abtiris have non Somali names like radamiir,amanreer or abadir etc are these two qabils really darood or are they harla or other Semitic speaking groups in origin?

Darod is not like the other clans such as isaaq, hawiye, dir, instead darod is like raxanweyn- a collection of unrelated small tribes that grouped together to defend themselves from the big boys, primarily isaaq clan. so your saying darood is a confederation clan no wonder half of darood look habeshi arabs and Indian I’ve always gotten mistaken for Hindi or Arab and my dad gets mistaken for Eritrean

Leelkase are actually Yemenis from hadhramout region who settled in puntland and intermixed with mjs it’s like carbs salad who came from Yemen Mahra region have you noticed have of leelkase look straight up Yemeni with some looking Indian the one that look dark with Bantu feutures are actually hawiyes and marehan idk but I’ve seen marehan who look straight up light like Eritreans it’s so odd

Because since muumin aadan migrated to South they married to reerxamar women the father and his sons maxamed muumin had one son called mansuur maxamed muumin while muumin aadan aadan other two sons called xamuud muumin and amiin muumin with reerxamar mothers this could be one very reason why we are light skin
