Nothing in development for Kismaayo and Gedo is self funding via its diaspora. Kismaayo use to be the third capital after Xamar and Hargaisa, today it is a tuulo, its beyond me why in 2021 water pipes to homes have not been build, you literally have a truck coming to the house filling up the water tank, Kismaayo fell off, besides what ever the Kacaan and Hiiraale build, Madoobe has not added anything and this is a fact.

Gedo has been steadily developing especially in the last 4 years despite Madoobe, but he doesn't control Gedo, the biggest development Kismaayo got out of Madoobe is a 100 dollar paint job, a whole decade of not only stagnation but regression. Even the biggest Madoobe supporters do not deny this, but they have a habit of blaming FGS.
