I was wondering, if I wanted to buy some land in downtown Abudwaaq, how much would it cost me? It is really expensive in Baled Xawo for some strange reason. A land just large enough for a house, a back and front yard and a mid sized pool would cost you almost $40,000 in Baled Xawo. Mandheere next door is even more expensive because of its better security than Belad Xawo. Even though I am not interested in living among the reer dalal people in Abudwaaq, I am interested in some land there so I can open a business there. Help me people...........I am sure xoogSade is clueless about any place that is outside Kismaayo so Mad dog, it is all you bro.

Dude I dont know about you but I* cant stand Red-Sand, I wanna see green for god sakes, or even just plain sand but, it's too guduud for me. but making bussness up there is smart, I believe they are ahead and better in beecmashtar then our fellow reer-gedoods! Good luck though, I always wanted to start a Minaral Company up there! hopefully someday!

Caabudwaaq is a strange place cuz:


1. The best built neighborhood is the Habar Ciise neighborhood even though its not that large. Cumar Jaango'an, Maxamed Jaango'an (the former interior minister of siad barre and the guy who decline afbiijo's post of political advisor to gheedi)'s brother, just built a whole block of villas and some shops in the Habar ciise quarter.

it has the best livin conditions and the plus thing is it's not the most expensive.

2. the wagardhac quarter is honest to goodness the most friendliest even tho they see the most action. only tru warrior folks realize the beuty of peace. their neighborhood is considered to be the "daris-wanaagsan". its loud as phuck tho and always "busy" (reer mudug code for too much feet draggin dust ). its the most unsafe tho cuz of the fear of the usual saleeban or reer dalal sneakily comin to the middle of square and openin "baas" as revenge for somethin the wagardhac had just done.

3. the reer dalal quarter is the squallied corner. thy dont allow ppl to settle there and they cant hold it themselves. they dont let anyone invest in it yet they dont invest in it either. its the quietist neighborhood but indha-haa la isku gubaa and xan and back bitin is the norm. cambara waxay maanta columbus ku samaysay guri kastaa laga ogyahayinta uusan gabalka dhicin and everyone is poor so there is no need for criminal activites; they just go to the other sections to rob.

incidentally it is the most expensive to live in the caabudwaaq sections.

i dont know enough about the other sections to comment on it.

Habar Ciise have a xaafad in Cabudwaaq? Now I find that shocking. Do you know if Bah Darandoole have a xaafad in Cabudwaaq? If they do, it is probably the best place in the whole district.
