we have all heard the saying "you are what you eat" and we're socially blinded to this truth, because the survival of big business depends on it. food equals energy and the body only use one of two, glucose or fat.glucose = sugar and is made up from the simple and complex carbs we consume, unlike fat glucose has a limited storage capacity within the body.so what it doesn't use it stores as fat watch the video below for a better explanation.

now fat on the other hand is an unlimited energy source, in other words you will never run out of fat for as long as your alive. but here is the problem, our continues use of carbs will forever stop us from accessing this great energy, that will not only help us lose fat/get ripped but also stay focused and sharp mentally. whats the solution? stop the carb consumption and replace it with good fats,in 5 days to 3 weeks time depending on your body/condition, you will be depleted of your glocose storage.at which point you will enter a state of ketosis, as explained in the video below.

fat doesn't make you fat, because masais would be fat so would our ancesters.

here is a link to a website full of details for the readers out there and a longer video explaining everything, from now on know that being fat is a choice and for every carb you consume, you're making a choice to stay fat.

Carbs and carbs alone, not fat, increase body weight. It doesn't matter whether the carbs are from sugar, bread, fruit, or vegetables: They’re all rapidly digested and quickly converted to blood glucose. A short time after a carb-rich meal, the glucose in your bloodstream rises rapidly, and your pancreas produces a large amount of insulin to take the excess glucose out.

Just as eating fat doesn’t raise blood glucose, it doesn't raise insulin levels either. This is important because insulin is the hormone responsible for body fat storage. Because fats do not elicit an insulin response, they cannot be stored as body fat.
Insulin takes glucose out of the bloodstream. It is converted first into a starch called glycogen, which is stored in the liver and in muscles. But the body can store only a limited amount of glycogen, so the excess glucose is stored as body fat. This is the process of putting on weight.
