If we put into a unbais perpective, In Somalia, Arabiyyah is taught at school as a second language after Somali, in schools in Somalia they do case studies like stories and poems in Aff Somali. In they teach Arabic like a teaching language and so as English, but Arabic is placed into more consideration than English.
In Somalia, Affan Oromo is not taught in schools which makes it harder to learn so as Afar. Children in Somali region of Ethiopia are taught Amhara language which is a semitic language. Also schools in ethiopia are only taught English and Amhara.
See learning Oromo and afar is hard because it is

Different types of tones and sounds
In Somalia and Somali region, people have the ability of the sounds in Arabic and Amhara. Because

Sounds and tones that we can all relate to.
Somalia is 98 percent Muslim this means almost everyone is taught the Arabic Alphabet first because inorder to learn the Quran you must know Arabic. This means all children know Arabic Alphabets better than any other language, because Aff somali we have no type of Alphabet system like A B and C or
ا،ب،ت
Children in Somalia are not taught the Alphabets in Somali.
Like how a it is how aperson who is a ethinc german is hard for him to learn English without eradicating the accent, even the word "was" is hard for Germans to say.
Learning Arabic is thus easier for a Somali person than learning aff afar
