Ugaas khalif Allah yarhamo was very wise man and strategist. This video is 1993 when he ordered to build a new airport in this area north of the city. old baladweyne airport was located on the southern outskirts of halwlwaadaag neighborhood now its settled by people and only small road that goes through it left from it. So when the UNSOM1 came to baladweyne controlled back then by USC they met with the Ugaas. they needed an airport so the ugaas said "dawlad majirtee dhulkiina oo gaalkaan ilaahay u soo diray ka faideysta oo garoonka usoo wareejiya halkaan oo janaale wabiga ka jeexda"
