Meta,
1. When the coalition forces enter the city, they have to implement 24-hours curfew for as long as required
2. They have to disarm anyone carrying guns that is not part of the coalition forces
3. They have to setup a safe locations where the hungry and trapped civilians can get some aid: food, water and so on
4. Set up a a temporary administration that encompasses all the clans in the region
5. Continue liberating other major cities in the region such as Jilib, Jamaame, Buaale, Saakow, Salagle and so on
6. And finally someone should tell that stupid Sheekhaal general to shut da fock up because Kismaayo and Jubaland is not his business
7. Once the two jubbas are completely secured, provide assistance for our Sade people in Gedo to get rid of the Alshabab criminals
Like Faarax Macalin said, Kismaayo will not take orders from Muqdisho during the current political situation of Somalia. Once a strong central government is established, then it would be a different story. Dhagobadan who is protected by Ugandan AMISOM troops shouldn't be saying much about Kismaayo.

@Guhad - Kismaayo will not take orders from Muqdisho, but will take orders from Nairobi? Am I reading this right? You want Kismaayo's decisions to be decided for you by the same Kenyans who oppress our people, but not by Somalia's president? Even though Kismaayo & Muqdisho are both part of the same country, whereas Nairobi isn't? War ileen tanoo kalena weey jirtay. Isku noqo saaxiib, waxaan waa ceeb. Hassan Sheikh is a reasonable man, it's in everyone's interest to form an independent, all inclusive administration, free from Kenya's meddling, no honor in being somebody's b!tch.

Koronto,
Ina-adeer; I said the current political environment; Somaliland has its own administration that doesn't take orders from Muqdisho, same goes with Puntland, and also Galmudug even though they currently have three presidents
My point is there is no strong central government to take care of its people, and while I have nothing bad to say about the president, I know for sure it will take years may be a decade to get a strong and capable Somali central government and while we wait that, I am for semi-administrations that represent their people and can assure their wellness and security. To take you back to about just century ago, Garrissa was controlled from Kismaayo and came under the Kismaayo Jubaland administration. The people in Garisa are the people of Kismaayo so if they, the Kenayan Somalis, have decided to help their next of kins while we wait this government; why not.

I am all for creating an administration that is fair and balanced in those regions but did this nygga just say we will take orders from fuking bantus and not our GOVERNMENT? the problem is wuu isla fiicanyahay and its not only him kawaran. I dont care how much our new president is against forming jubbaland but I would never choose foreign power over my own because of disagreement. Funny how somalis rationalize dhabodhalifnimo, its ok aslong as they have our clan interest in heart but if they dont they're the enemy lol

I think a lot of people are jumping the gun, pun intended.
What is clear is that no single clan will own Kismayo. The days of moryaanism are over.
I believe the talks/formation of Jubbaland can be the basis for progress towards peace, security and prosperity in the region.
Its disappointing to see some of our OG brothers/sisters claiming the city for themselves.
Has nothing been learned in the last 20 years?
What is now needed is a period of calm, where people can return to their homes and businesses as quickly as possible.
