The first priority is to cleanse the nascent state of all undesirables and human wreckage.
However, there is a need for long term development planning.
It will take a generation to fully develop and modernize the state. :D :som:

The rest of Jubbaland is relatively safe except for some parts of Kismaayo and those who wish to deter our mission will be dealt with. :up:
