Its hard too tell abti, due to the fact that they failed too give us any information? Is it located in South Mudug?

Am not quite certain, but I think the University will be built in Southern Mudug, “Hobyo” 2 be exact. There’s no further info. about the construction plan, or the Uni’s schema.....
