this is good but it would the real improvement is when they build a real water sanitation system for hobyo.. Ceel can only supply a small village ... we need something substancial and adiquite for a whole city...
If things go on this way then then hobyo will have it's own water sanitation system,it's own dekad and every thing insha alah just we need to keep doing the good job.
