My paternal great grandmother is Cumar Maxamud born and raised in Buraan,Sanaag. :S

I'm not sure but Somalis are nomadic they move around didnt expect a CM to be in Buraan during that time. But Bah MJs mom was CM, were entitled to some land in Mudug.

The branch of "Bah Majarteen" maternal lineage is CM of MJ. CM wasnt a large sub-clan at the time so it was left as Bah Majarteen rather then Bah Cumar Maxamud. :S

Bah Majarteen is a sub-clan within Warsangeli they branch from Omar. MJ,Dishishe, Warsan had the same maternal lineage so they would be called bah-majarteen but after these clans mutliplied its useless to call them bah-majarteen.
