There is a huge difference between a traditional deegaan area and a city where a few members of a clan live. If Galkacyo was a Wagerdhac deegaan there would be villages nearby where their reer guura live and they would have wells nearby !!

At the very LEAST there would be a XAAFAD where Wagerdhac are the majority ,would there not?
Clearly they live there ,maybe a dozen families.But it cannot be claimed as a Wagerdhac city ,Galkacyo is traditionally Sacad in the South (baraxley),Leelkasse ,Awrtable ,Carab Saalax and Majerteen in the north ,Xaafadaha Israac ,Garsoor etc

ALL the other clans are newcomers and cannot claim the city as their deegaan .
Wagerdhac claiming Galkacyo is as weird as Raxanwein claiming Bosaso.
