Saudis signed an agreement with Puntland stating that they're building a sea port in Garacad, fish factories in Baargaal,Xaabo,Eyl and Las Qoray, refurbishment of the road linking Galdogob to Garacad, and the refurbishment and renovation of Abdullahi Yusuf Airport in Gaalkacyo.

come on you cant really say that mate, the road that connects garacad-goldogob benefits a lot of clans in puntland + from what i heard the largest tuna/fish factory along with training programs is bieng biuld in las qoray.

on top of that the university in badhan has recieved some $10m+ funding and the new campuses and libraries are bieng biuld
