Saudi investment and construction in Puntland

Postby xirsi95 » Thu Apr 28, 2016 3:34 pm

Saudis signed an agreement with Puntland stating that they're building a sea port in Garacad, fish factories in Baargaal,Xaabo,Eyl and Las Qoray, refurbishment of the road linking Galdogob to Garacad, and the refurbishment and renovation of Abdullahi Yusuf Airport in Gaalkacyo.

Yea I think these "bullshit funds" would be shared equally if warsangeli didn't have one foot in Hargeisa and another in Garowe. But at the end of the day I wish the best for my warsangeli brothers, maxamuud Harti waa dad gob.

come on you cant really say that mate, the road that connects garacad-goldogob benefits a lot of clans in puntland + from what i heard the largest tuna/fish factory along with training programs is bieng biuld in las qoray.

on top of that the university in badhan has recieved some $10m+ funding and the new campuses and libraries are bieng biuld

Saudia is bankrupt and its oil has dried up. The smart Americans used them and now they started own one.

Therefore Saudia is now running around like headless chicken.

I thought that too wallahi and then I did some reading. From what I gathered it seems like Saud Arabia is good for at least another 50 years or so economically.

So this is what happens when Uncle Sam brings you in from the cold.

:damn:

Insha Allah this will benefit the people of puntland, any Somali progress is great progress.

We once competed for the destruction of our homes and dignity, it's great to see it reverse.
