Xuseen Xalane waa Cawlyahan/Reer Waafato...He was born in Ceel-Barde...He has masters in Public Administration and worked for various NGOs including his recent appointment at Save the Childrens where he was their main man in Haiti....

Unlike the stupid and useless Makaahiil Xidig guy, Xalane is well-versed in Absame/Ogaden affairs and I think he will play major role in the creation of Jubaland.

Knowing the clan of someone is not an issue in my view because our society is based on clan.....

Here is a link on his work for Save the Children in Haiti

Most Somali ministers in TFG and other small goverments in North and Bari, the Diaspora ministers are often hungary and have failed to establish anyting in their adopted countries. Most of them are uneducated and have no experience on any thing except debates at the local Fadhi-Kudirirs and as a matter of fact some of them pay bribe money to get posts. Xalane is different and we can safely say that he doesn't even need to get involved in this failing goverment.

Is Nairobi part of Somalia now? At least Puntland was formed in Garowe and Iidoorland was formed in Burco. I can't say that about the Kenyan-formed phantom Jubbaland.

If these guys are serious, they should be in the bushes of Afmadow or the sands of Dhoobley, but they are another fat-bellied diaspora club like the TFG. If they don't have the will to even talk in Somalia, how can they lead anything in Somalia?

Lets be honest, when the dust settles, Ogaden will go back to being masakiin. Marexaan thugs will dominate that region once again IF Shabaab is defeated, which might be likely if the whole world intervenes.

Its strange how all the failed groups (Abgaal, Marexaan, Ogaden, Eelaay, Dulbahante) get the pens out and start drawing maps when they are out of power and have no option to talk.

lol WTF? That would be the case if they were on good terms with any group in jubboyinka or if they could fall back on Haber gedir à la JVA. Since Barre can't stand HG anymore after what they did to him and other clans can't stand Hiirale, he's on his own. Mareexaan can't rule the city (it's all about the K town) on their own, what are they MJ or something? :?

JVA and shabaab changed the game, one needs an alliance to have the upperhand. The era to have a monopoly on the city is over.

The Jubbaland administration was built with the cooperation of sitting Politicians, Elders, Intellectuals, and Womens Orgs , etc from the Jubba region. This was mostly undertaken in the NFD region due to the unfortunate occupation by Al-Shabab ATM, by "Genuine Members" of the community not artificial members who are seeking to be imposed.NFD(Garissa) is very much attached to the Jubba region as it shares economic/historical relations and Kinship , So this is a serious attempt at rehabilitating the Jubba regions from the cycle of Warlodism and Extremist factions.A belligerent approach will be taken to all those who oppose the new admin and those who welcome it will be given there dues.

As of today the maamul has been created and the diaspora have given there pledge, furthermore the armed forces for the Jubba regions are close to finishing there training and will conduct operations when the time comes. The "Ciidamada Degaanka' force have already conducted operations against Shabab and there allies the Jubba maamul will add to there momentum.

paidmonk this was a meeting of the new Absame finance minister and his kin to discuss issues not maamul creation, that has already been created as I have explained. As for Ilkoyar and Absame, the era of scuffling has ended.A line has been drawn in the sand :)

hanqadh stop chatting shit bro, this fake admin will never materialise, neither will the other fake admin the other group in dollow are making. its just a load of Bull, both these groups are interested in Kismaayo and nothing else. they will die at the hands of Alshabab or at the hands of one another or at the hands of REr Kismaayo, dude im from Kista i can tell you whats up.

Rer Kismaayo had enough of Barre Hiiraale and his rogue militias, they took it upon themselves to remove unnecesary road blocks and prevented unjustice against minorities.
when Alshabab took his place in coalition with every anti-Barre element in the region, it was Rer Kismaayo who defended the property of its citizens from these new crooks that came in, and ultimately Alshabab was forced to end this coalition as Rer Kismaayo were in opposition to the coalition.
ever since the removal of Afmadow/raskambooni group, Rer Kismaayo own militia dissolved and people put down their arms and returned to their normal lives.

today the local Alshabab in Kismaayo, are working very hard not to turn Rer Kismaayo against themselves, they involve elders of the city and key figures in their meetings, and they do not interfere with the locals. the people themselves are more decent as there are no tribal groups giving superiority or alienating parts of the population, the bad side is the economic disadvantage of having Alshabab ruling you if you are a port city. the import business is shattered, but atleast now there is safe travels from Kismaayo to Xamar. there is also social issues, but who cares, in Somalia security is priority, having said that alshabab may provide security but their long term goals will definitely destroy this.

without clouding your judgment with Qabiil, neither of these two groups(both claiming to form jubbaland) will be compatible with REr Kismaaayo. whether you send your people from NFD to die in battle with Alshabab or not, you will never uproot REr Kismaayo, and those guys in Dollow are Rer Kismaayo who will be reaccepted if they get rid off their bad leadership and improve management of their forces or simply return to a civilian status.

a Admin for Jubboyinka with Gedo cant be formed any time soon, we first have to:

1. abandon the idea of conquering one another.

2. discontinue political diasporic movements to experiment with the lives of the people on the ground.

3. allow the economy to grow naturally. this will form bonds between the city's in the region without political involvment.

4. creating an administration for each city.

people seem to think they need administration before development can start, this is false, infact it is the opposite, development is alsmost always obstructed by those who want to form admins. each constituency should first semi-develop before attempting in forming one admin for the region.

BTW: why are you talking to Puntilanders about this, they have nothing to do with Jubboyinka and Gedo.

i wish the Jubboyinka and Gedo prosperity, inshallah one day people will learn to accept each other and settle on common grounds.

Whover liberates Jubbaland shall rule Jubbaland. Its that simple. No point in writting 15 page essays kids.

Stop living in the internet and get back to the real world where boots on the ground means having the upperhand.

hanqadh, how do you feel about sending your poor refuge people from NFD to Kismaayo to die, those who were neglected by the Kenyan government until they saw an oppertunity to get rid of them.
aniga runta ayaa kuu shegi. Barre has a better chance in taking over the whole region that anyone else, because his men are from the region and not starving kids from NDF.
either way, ninka ku sugayo iyo ninka kula tartamayo, labadood waa niman Marexan. Alshababna markaan maku cawin karo !

if Barre gets his way, which is most likely, Rer Kismaayo will force Barre Hiiraale to make his military camp in Afmadow instead of Kismaayo Lol.
