What do you mean the Ogaden gobols; if you mean in Ogadenia, the answer is no because Ethiopia wouldn't allow that....
Ogadenia is derived from anything that would benefit and help the society. JigJiga, one of the oldest cities in East Africa, doesn't even have a soccer stadium.

As for Ogadens in Somalia; we won almost all the Ciyaarihii Gobolada ee Kubada Cagta. J/hoose was so good that in late 80s there was a talk to ban them from taking part in Ciyaaraha Gobolada because everyone knew the end result. My own brother and cousins played for J/Hoose. I think there was one time Benadir won and another time Sh/hoose won, and other than that everything went to J/Hoose.

Togdheer was actually becoming one of the elite teams in mid 80s and late 80s better than W/Galbeed. There was one guy who came from, I think Qadar, who played for Togdheer and he was good, really good....Togdheer made to the semis, I think, in the last four tournaments. Here is my ranking as I recall of the elite teams in mid 80s:
