Inflation in the Ogaden/Ethiopia,

Postby Oxidant » Tue Jan 11, 2011 9:21 am

Any of you have relatives in the Ogaden? Same applies to Oromos in Oromia.

Recently, Ethiopia has been facing immense inflationary pressure because of the government devaluation and shortage in supply. I was wondering how this is impacting in the Ogaden? A region like the Ogaden would surely be facing a huge burden on this failed government policy

Also one must count for the drought as well, it would be hitting the region hard.

Is Oromia also faced with the drought?

dude draught/famine is a manufactured product in Ethiopia.

this is last resort to control a population and hasd been used by the Abysinians since the time of Menelik.

Ethiopia has alot of resources and its very preposterous that they always look for excuses for the deliberate policies inflicted on the masses.

I mean the most idiotic reasoning is when they say Ethiopia population is 80 million while they cannot be sustained by its resources even if Aid is topped up.
