Well this is a website called Topix, pretty much it’s a anonymous forums where your posting location is shown. There was a discussion on Independent Oromia and here are the thoughts of the people in Ethiopia about the situation and idea

Topix is an excellent sight, there is one guy called The Habesha King or Prince, he is a cool guy with no cuqdad :up: But this site has too much trolls that is the problem.
