Gambella(Western Ethiopia) is suffering from a global farmland rush, corporations are given land for peanuts to grow food for export not to feed the country but for export.These large Corporations are burning land causing massive deforestation while the Woyane Junta move's to displace thousands of Gambellan's from there land to make way for these Corporations who will use the food they grow to feed there population's in India,Saudi arabia,Egypt,etc.Woyane the most economically illiterate administration in the world is desperate to attract investment to show the world there economy is growing whilst the citizens of the country remain poor and unable to farm there own land which is occupied by self-interested greedy corporations.Ofcoarse the Woyane regime will earn some export revenue but the state of the people will remain the same.Even the crops which are been grown are not ideal, there mostly soy beans and palm oil.Obviously the corporations are looking for the crops that will earn them the most revenue.The Gambellan land is been exploited with untold environmental damage and the peoples livelihood is in jeapordy, they cant compete with large corporations and the corporation's pay peanut's to there workers.
The problem is occuring across Africa as Multinationals come in to grow food inorder to feed there own population's while the poor country remains hooked on food imports and food aid.The Woyane the dumbest Junta in Africa is doing this on a clossal scale.With no transperancy and no accountability, this is a new Colonialism of Africa by multinational's backed by there respective governments.
