Murax: Gabre is no longer a general but a high ranking Ethiopian diplomat.
He is a regular in Nairobi and Mogadishu. He's visit to the city will be in that capacity since Ethiopia does not have troops in the Jubbas but does have some in Luuq, and Doolow.
Dangirl: key word was "reported", this is what is in the media, not 100% sure. But I have read somewhere that he is part of IGAD, representing Ethiopia.
