Yeah John. Its easy and all you need is to assess how much of land is rural and how much of the population lives in cities or rural. ONLF is the king of rural and villages, even some of their units give social service like vets to livestock, meds to people. The Ethios don't pass beyond Diridewa and Jijiga and if they do, they must remain in small camps surrounded by well trained ONLF units.

Its reason why no oil company can dare to go beyond Coballe. :up:
