Why did Iilay stopped the islamic school construction in Q/dahar

I have been told Ina Ilay have stopped the school being funded by diaspora but run by the WSLF that was being built in qabri dahar.
It was called Imam an Nawawi school, there were videos of it being built on youtube. The school was going to teach both Islamic and secular curriculum. Not quite sure what happened. There has been this marriage of convenience that was going on for the past couple of years between the two sides. The WSLF crew, which surrendered to the Ethiopian government, have been championing
Ina Ilay's cause in the diaspora, even going as far as soliciting funds for the DAM being built near the Eritrean border.

You see in Ilay never really had a diaspora movement which supported Ethiopia or made him like the star he has become before this group came along. Added to this mix are other tribes who believe they can get even with the OGs for historic injustices by siding with Ina Ilay and Ethiopia.
the predominant folks who were welcoming Ina Ilay to minnihopless were from the ABSASKUL clan and other Axmaaro absame tribes.
It seems Ina Iilay has finally gone mental.

The recent dominant position Salafi/Wahabi found themselves in were largely due to the deal between the WSLF (Salafi) and Ethiopia.
Meles, while siding with the Axbaash in mainland Ethiopia against ahlu sunna, made a deal with the WSLF and gave them through Ina Ilay, ability to run schools and madarasas in the region. However, the Sufis, the former group in bed with the somali regime, started protesting.
Now Ina Ilay has named a Sufi sheikh as the head of the Courts in the region and once again a rift has formed between the Alittihad/Ikhwan and the Somali region/Ethiopia.

This rift has led to the construction of this school being stopped.
