End of Liyuu police Gestapo

Postby EEGA9 » Mon Oct 12, 2015 4:22 am

Abdi ileys personal militia the Liyuu police is awaiting disintegration as funding for the group has dried up which was clandestinely paid for by the U.K ceasing after the fact was leaked, committing heinous crimes across the region the militia was used by Ilay to crush clans he alleged were ONLF sympathizers or those opposing him politically within the SRS.

The Liyuu have been in disarray with lack of pay and direction, they will melt away soon according to reports from the region.

JIGJIGA - The government of the Somali National Regional State (SNRS) on 28 September asked the federal government to postpone the dissolution of the Liyu Police that Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn is keen to have disbanded. The PM thereby hopes to allay criticism of its atrocities and its use in inter-tribal conflicts in the region.

Hailemariam Desalegn therefore instructed General Abraham Woldemariam Genezebu, the head of the army Eastern Defence Command, to quickly devise a plan for its dissolution in coordination with the regional authorities.

However, Addis Ababa’s decision has hit against strong opposition in Jigjiga from the president of SNRS Abdi Mahmud Omar aka Abdi Ilay. The latter wants to convince the government that this police force is necessary to fight the Ogaden National Liberation Front (ONLF) combatants and Al-Shabaab radical Islamists (ION 1409). Created in 2008, the Liyu Police has manpower of 10-15,000 and is under the command of an Abdi Ilay loyalist, General Abdirahman Abdillahi Burale generally known as Abdirahman Labagole.

IGJIGA - Xukuumada DDSI ayaa ka dalbatay dawlada dhaxe ee Itoobiya in dib loo dhigo qorshe lagu doonayo in ciidanka Liyuu booliska lagu kala diro, waxaa saas qortay mareegta caanka ah ee Africanintellegence.com.

Warbxinta ayaa xustay in ra'isulwasaare Hailemaraim ku dhiiran yahay kala-dirista ciidanka oo ku caan-baxay falal naxariis-darro ah iyo hurinta coolada beelaha u dhaxeysa.

Ra'isulwasaaraha ayaa faray taliyaha ciidamada koonfur-bari ee Itoobiya, Abraham Woldemaraim Genezebu in uu la yimaado qorshe ciidamada lagu kala diro isaga oo kaashanaya Ismaamulka Soomaalida.

Waxaa waayadan soo baxayey warar aad isusoo taraya oo sheegaya in qorshayaas hordhacaoodi la hirgaliyey. Waxaa la sheegay in saraakiil Liyuuga ah loo magacaabay xilal degmooyin, halka ciidamo badan lagu amray in ay ku biiraan mashaariicda dib-u-dajinta ee ka soocda gobolka Shabeele.Waxaa kale oo jirta in xubnaha Liyuuga ah ee qalma in ay booliska caadiga ah ku biiraan laga baaran degayo.

Siyaasin iyo waxgarad badan ayaa tibaaxay in Liyuugu noqdeen aalad uu madaxweynaha DDSI, Cabdi Cumar, ku adeegto si uu ugu cabodhiyo siyaasinta saluugsan maamulkiisa iyo shacabka.

Waaxda daacayada u qaabilsan Kililka ayaa duubay cajalado dhawr ah oo ay ka muuqdaan falal naxariis-darro ah oo ciidamadan ku kaceen. Muqaaladaas waxaa ugu murugo badana kuwo muujinaya ciidmada oo ku dul dhaanteynaya mayd. Falalka noocan ah ayaa loogu talagalay in lagu argagixiyo dadweynaha.

Waxaa warbxinta lagu xusay in madaxweynaha DDSI doonayo in uu xukuumada dhaxe ku qanciyo jiritaanka ciidankan si ay ula dagaalmaan wax uu ugu yeedhay ONLF iyo Alshabaab.

Afrcanintellegence ayaa tibaaxday in ciidanka Liyuuga la aasaasay 2008-kii iyada oo tiradooda lagu qiyaasay inta u dhaxeysa 10,000 - 15,000, laakiin dadka u kuurgala siyaasada DDSI ayaa sheegay in tirada ciidanka aad loo buunbuuniyey oo ay intaa ka yaraan karaan.

Ciidamada ayaa toos uga amar-qaata madaxweynaha deegaanka, laakiin waxaa hogaamintooda ku magaacaban C/raxmaan Laba-go'ale oo ay madaxweyne Cabdi Cumar ilmaadeer yihiin.

Warbxintan ayaa ku soo aaday wakhti udbaha loo taagay xukuumada cusub ee Hailemaraim Desalegn dhawaan ku dhawaaqay taas oo ballan qaaday in ay wax ka qabato dawlad-xumida, musuqmaasuqa iyo cabashooyinka dadweynaha.

Waxaa xusid mudan, in 3 maalmood ee ugu dambeesay aad DDSI Itoobiya looga hadal-hayey mustaqbalka siyaasadeed ee madaxweynaha. Warbxino aan si madaxbanaan loo xaqiijin karin ayaa sheegaya in ay suurtgal tahay in madaxwene Cabdi Cumar qayb ka noqdo dawlada cusub ee Hailmaraim si loo dhaafiyo jagada oo hadda hayo.

Haddii warbixinta Liyuu boolisku u jirto sida loo dhigay, waxa ay noqon karta talaabo muhiim ah oo bilow u ah isbadal ku yimaada siyaasada Ismaamulka Soomaalida.

They are going to disband Liyu police because ONLF is no longer a threat for Ethiopia.

Liyu's population is 40-50k, if ethiopia disbands liyu police then its a big time win win situation for ONLF, 50k troops turning into ONLF would be a horror for ethiopia and their little puppets. The time to dig up the ak47 is near. :blessed:
