Make your government smaller and Minimize your expenditures , galmudug must source it's own budget locally by implementing ports/ airports and taxing livestock, properties and businesses. Bro it's clear that galmudug leadership are more politically correct compare to puntland leadership. My observations is solely based on the leadership behaviour. Puntland leaders are very impolite and they show no signs of diplomacy when they are speaking about this conflict. In fact they make more controversial remarks pulling others hawiyes into the conflict . When puntland blames the federal government they are not actually blaming CCC cabinet but culusaw because of hawiyenimo , this is clear sign of hostility towards other hawiyes who have nothing to do with galkacyo conflict.
