52 including vice ministers is insane. Galmudug gov should only form essential ministries for the time being.

Only 12 would do the job.

1 - Defence
2 - Finance
3 - Federal & International Co-operation
4 - Justice
5 - Information
6 - Interior Affairs
7 - Education
8 - Health
9 - Agriculture, Livestock & Fisheries
10 - Commerce
11 -Energy & Water
12 - Social Affairs & Employment

Plus no deputy ministers, they're a was of public money.
