The UN is opening a office in Galmudug’s capital. Turkey and the U.S promised to train more Galmudug security Forces and will open a military training facility in Galmudug although U.S advisers are already in Hobyo advising and helping build a capable Galmudug maritime Force.

Yesterday (the last day of the Galmudug security council meeting) a delegation from the UN’s somalia office, Representatives from Turkish embassy/Turkish military facility in Mogadishu, U.S/AFRICOM, amisom and Somalia’s ministry of defense arrived in Galmudug’s Capital Dusmareeb.
