XINLABI is a small town in the south of the mudug region Somalia. which is famous for its Production of Natural Salt.

Salt has huge export market potential...valued greater than sugar & grains ... Xinlabi has the potential to attract international investment and interest ... the skills and the resources are plentiful.

Natural salt production from Bacadweyne. On both sides of the city there are mountains called Dacar and Daylo. The process of it comes from dried up salty lakes that leaves behind salt.

We produce enough salt that there shouldn't be any import of it at all.
