Khaatumo is reer naaleeye (baharsame) project they cant move as far as the prosomaliland jama siad inhabited yagoori town. in fact all BH towns such as kalabayr,dabatag and saaxdeer are controled by the SLN-ARMY. they need to solf their own problems first.
