Caynaba and oog belong to khatumo. Khatumo's border with somaliland is beer near burco. I know their occupied by isaaq at the moment.

Warior Somalis name the district after the biggest town..

I believe we should change it. Every town becomes it's own district. But plan and limit the number of towns.
