it doesnt say somaliland will withdraw its troops from.sool it says dib u eegis on how the army presence there it means the dhulos khatumo.militia will be incooperated and be part of the army

I agree it's an ambiguous statement, but why would Somaliland need to review its military presence in the SSC regions? if did not succumb to the demands of the Khatumo delegation. The khatumo delegation were adamant that the talks would not move forward until SL agrees to remove its forces from the SSC regions, therefore this statement was constructed so not to alarm the Somaliland population. However, I don't believe SL agreed to abandon Las Anod, but to limit or stop its activities in other villages and towns of SSC, such as the operations it engaged in in Dharkayn geenyo, Taleex, Kalabaydh etc. in recent years; so a compromise was reached.

However, ultimately the results of the negotiation seem to have unveiled the long-held presumption of Khatumo seeking to join SL.

There is no presence of SL in bari sanaag only PL , most SL station on galbeed sanaag (ceerigaabo) .

Regarding the agreement is good if somalis in Somalia stop fighting and make dialog with its neighbors.
