Muuse Biixi, who is a criminal that has participated in the killings of thousands of non Isaaq people in Northern Somalia, and endorsed by his fellow criminal, Axmed Maxamuud Siilaanyo, the current Somaliland president, a man who has also participated in killing many non Isaaq civilians, a man who should be incarcerated in the Hague, has the temerity to lay the blame on the problems of SSC on its people.
