Garaad Saleebaan one of the two traditional kings of the Dhulbahante has denounced the talks between Khaatumo and Somaliland and called on President Farmaajo to extend the Somali Federal Administration to Sool, Sanaag And Ayn regions of Northern Somalia. He has reiterated the indivisible and unitary nature of the Somali state and condemned the secessionist tribal agenda of Somaliland’s tribal elite.
