I would counsel the HY against war......and instead form a political coalition with the Harti/Dir.

Harti are confused if they think HY wants coalition with them. HY wants the presidency. They will never get that in unified Somalia. Their best chance is SL. Harti would be drunk if they think HY will somehow take themselves out of power and destroy SL for wanlaweyn . If harti wants to set themselves up to be played one more time then go ahead and support HY. Watch what happens when president and vp are both HY, and development goes to HY cities in Sanaag and none to Harti.
