1 bullet= 1 dollar . If you think war is cheap. Every 5 bullets you fire costs rubuc qaada. Only a well organized government army can sustain to wage
conversational wars. No qabiil can defeat Somaliland army because. They are More organized , they get paid and have access to everything you don't have , ammunition, free medical care, roads, thousands of transportation vehicles , they even control the telecommunication system .

if nuux taani sends one call to telesom , somtel or golis they would shut down the whole system including mobile money transfers. They can buy your whole clan to fight for them instead of against them . Somaliland is Rich enough to feed 100 thousand soldiers plus their daily khat , who on Earth can stand against this kind of high on khat and massive army. Remember galaydh failed to pay only 100 soldiers. Walaahi he begged all dhuloos to cover the salary of 100 men and they failed to cover that little amount. Runtu raga ma disho ee way ka nixisa. Tamar taada qiimee marka hore intaanad isku furin mashruuc aanad ka bixi Karin.
Yusuf is not about strength or wealth it just a matter of how people want to liberate themselves. Smaller liberation forces have succeeded against and destroyed stronger and more wealtheir armies. For instance, Somalia once the strongest military in africa was brought down by a ragtag militia because people came together to bring it down. And just look at the recent arab spring and how many dictators with access to so much wealth have been overthrown.

The current problem with Dhulos is not because they can't liberate themselves due to lack of funds but is just simply due to division among sub clans. And additionally under Somaliland the people are not subjected to sever persecution or maltreatment and they receive relative good development, hence they are not so eager to wage war against Somaliland now.
This is the point, if the people are not suffering in the hands of the government forces you can't push them to fight for nothing. They would rather criticisice the administration from their marfish the same way we diaspora loosers do from our comfort in Europe .
I guess Isaaq hate isn't a motivation enough to commit suicide.
