Xuseen Xasan (Badag), Ambassador to Cairo, head of the Africa section of the Foreign Ministry, Siyaad's English speech writer, refused to accompany Maxamed Cali Samatar's delegation to South Africa, on account of his principled opposition to Apartheid and denunciation of that regime throughout the world forums. Graduate of Georgetown University

Maxamed Shire, recently died in London, one of the earliest Somali educators in Northern Somalia. The group after Maxamuud Axmed Cali taht were educated in Sudan. He and Maxamuud used to bribe Somali families to let them educate the smartest young boys they saw.

First governor of Banaadir was also Dhulbahante and was elected in 1960.

This is what a Gadabuursi guy wrote about three of those guys in the lists. I didnt include Xamsa Gaadaweyne the reer Hagar ex NSS colonel in my list because he is a Somalilander. Although he is a famous and well-regarded and educated son of Siciid Harti

Mohamed Ismail Buraale was my grandfather's first cousin and was a minister under the kacaan. My father grew up in his villa in Xamar.

How could I forget the Great Maxamed Geelle Fourteen, He would travel 1000 miles if he heard of a dangerous dhulbahante political situation and try to stop it from getting out of hand
