But Isaaq and Gadub monopoly on the top two seats of ever party is rather outdated.

Give them the opportunity to setup their own parties then if they can't achieve the top 2 post in any party.

I am all for giving people opportunities but sometimes you just think and ask yourself is it possible to give opportunity to people who hate your guts who will work with the enemey and wish to destroy the peace you achieved for years? are they worth considering?
