Is it me, or did the Traditional Reer Miyi families have decreased, thus the land is UNOCCUPIED !!

Due to the last draught, there were many families who moved to towns but reer miyi was there. I was travelling in a vehicle when I took those shots so I could not focus on properly on livestock and houses but you can see aqal miyi and camels in some of the images.

R there two Xaysimos? I know the famous Nuur axmed Xaysimo Valley (Xaysimo Nugaaleed), and where is Fadhigaab is it near Tukaraq

Xaysimo Nugaaleed is an area and not Valley. On one end it starts the lower end of Xagrin (mountain) ->gorofley -> all the way to Dhagax Gurguur. On other end, it starts the waterfall of soolal (oodla, laan qudhac dheer, bilciley) to all the way to Shilemadow and Dhagax Gurguur. It is a big area.

Fadhigaab is nowhere Tukaraq. It is part of Xaysimo and close to a new town called Laabaaz. It is a valley that is located the waterfall that comes from the Sool oogo that is close to Sarmaanyo down to Nugaal. It is near places called Dicsi Duuga and Xadhan. Fadhigaab was historically inhabited by Abdi Mohamud majority of the time.

Laabaaz waxaa bilaabay Nuur Axmed - Reer Wacays Cali haddase waxaa lasoo degey Samakaab Cali oo guryo ka dhistay. Ninka bilaabay baa la yidhaahdaa Laabaaz markaa isagii baa loogu magac daray. Way ka da' yar tahay 10 sanno laakiin masaajid iyo school intaba waa leedahay.

Magaalooyinka cusubi waa badan yihiin. waxaa ka mid Booda Cadde oo ku taal Kulaal iyo Masagan dhexdooda. Waxaa ka mid ah Damal Cirbiida oo qiyaastii 40KM bari ka xigta Sarmaanyo, waxaa ka mid ah Dhubuq Dhubuq oo uu dego Muuse Wacays (jilib Wacays Cabdulle ka mid ah), waxaa ka mid Faleedhyaale iyo Geed Qaboobe oo Nuur Axmed dego.

Lafweyne waa halka ay ku dhamaato Buur Caanood xagga Ban Cadde cigta. Waxaa ku taalo magaalo uu dego Ugaadhyahan (Reer Jibriil, Reer Cilmi, Gaboobe, iyo Bah-Idarays).

Bur caanood waa buurta dhanka galbeed ka xigta Xudun, dhanka barina waxaa ka xigta buurtan kale ee Xagrin. I will inshallah show you in the map when I get chance. I am busy at work now.

xalin, Qawlo, Maragmaal, dhumay valleys waa Nuur Axmed territory. Miyaadan maqal:

Bah Riighaye waxay degataa Jiidali, Biya Guduud iyo Ceerigaabo. Halkaasaay ku xarakoodaan, ciyaartana ka tuntaan. Waa nimanka Soomaali ugu xarago iyo cayaar badan.

Ma dhaafin Awrboogeys. I only had 19 days left for my vacation. I stayed 12 days back home and started coming back after that. I had to do that since airlines in Somalia are not reliable and you can miss planes if you don't come back early or they can cancel the flight and you have to wait for 2-4 days for the next flight. Inshallah, in my next flight, I will start going there.

I was also helping a family member of mine for an NGO that he has setup and was busy on other tasks.

Man I learned alot from that map, Ugaadhyahan land is massive.

Nalaye axmed should establish their own port near Jidalli, shirka Awrbogeeys ka dhacaya ma lasocota iyo waxa laga hadlayo

As far as I know it is about complete stop of charcoal/tree cutting and about security also. It could also be other political stuff which I am not privy about. It is not yet clear for me to know the full picture.
