Alot of nonsense diarrhoea who cares if it is in Dolow, Gedo isn't that still Gedo soil. Who said places where there are refugee camps can’t be green? delusional kids.
The matter of the fact remains that is the soil of Gedo region which some of you uneducated Boons from the bush who lack knowledge about their motherland try to make
Gedo which is one of the most impoverished regions in Somalia to come across some sort of an utopia and an Amazon in this forum with some little fancy words thinking
they can deceive people. It is not something that will work because the reality is out there and anybody can see it for themselves. Gedo is not one of the greenest regions
in south Somalia since large parts of it are deserts akin to central Somalia. This following pictures from Gedo will be a testimony to how arid this region is. Now lets have
a look at the real Gedo.

This is the district 50 cent visited(in the picture) and it is part of Gedo.
Dolow District is a district in the southwestern Gedo region of Somalia

There is nothing green about it, looks not much different than the arid central Somalia.

"Tuulo Barwaaqo" , Gedo. Ironically there is nothing Barwaaqo about it in this picture, just some next arid grassless desert. :lol

Last but not least, the most shocking one. This one will reflect on how useless and unproductive the Marehans are, a land surrounded by river yet they were unable
to take advantage of the water available there as a result the area is a semi arid desert.

The entire Gedo region can produce more food than 5 Somalilands put together. Beled-Xaawo district is the most dry district in Gedo and even Beled-Xaawo has been made arable using proper flood control from the Jubba river run off
How Buray Flood Control Dykes have changed life at Khadijo Haji Village

In the Gedo region of Somalia, water from seasonal streams runs freely in the Dawa and Jubba rivers.

...The project focused on the construction of two flood control dykes on the Buray stream near Khadijo Haji village.

Khadijo Haji village lies about 3km west of the border of Kenya and Somalia and 40km south of Beled-Hawo town.

The construction of the two dykes on the Buray stream has transformed Khadijo Haji village. The dykes have effectively controlled flooding and thereby contributed to increased food production for the pastoral and agro-pastoral communities in the hinterland of the Gedo Region.

...The dykes have caused retention richer minerals-laden soils, making the area suitable for growing a variety of crops, hence improvement in food security. Areas that have not been farmed for almost 20 years are now under cultivation. During the rainy season this year, 1200 hectares of land was irrigated by the flash floods.

A majority of residents farm maize, cowpeas, simsim, watermelon and sorghum. An average farm per household is between 1.2 ha and 3.5 ha. They harvest between 7 and 35 bags of maize with cowpeas, simsim or watermelon, enough to feed the household and sell in the market.

Grazing pastures that have grown in the flooded Buray area have lasted longer leading to the return of migrated livestock. Environmental degradation and insufficient water in the area has always resulted in migration of livestock by pastoralists. A large number of pastoralists are now leading sedentary settled lives. They are slowly turning into agro-pastoralists.

EGER project has a positive effect on Khadijo Haji village. The community is currently creating structures for lasting peace and governance. The village is currently attracting major business enterprises such as Hormuud Telecom. Hormuud has already installed a communications tower in the village to provide phone services to the residents of Khadijo Haji.

The UNDP’s Employment Generation for Early Recovery Project seeks to create income and jobs for vulnerable groups such as women, youth, and IDPs and their host communities in South Central Somalia.

Few rain fed and irrigated farms here and there big deal. Large parts of Gedo are still semi arid land and no where close to lush lands known for its
extensive farms and greenery like Shabeelada Hoose.

Gedo region by geographical space looks like it is at least 65% the size of Somaliland. Will there be dry areas, yes but there isn't proper flood control, and resources usage due to the long running war and insecurity. This is why the two dry seasons produce that but the potential for massive irrigation through sustained investment is there. Khadijo Haji of Beled-Xaawo district showed it through the UNDP link I posted.

It went from looking like a land of the composition of Burco boorweyn and mars looking Hargeisa to a normal green land. Now I realize the follly of having debated since you seem to be a stupid person in every sense of the word but you the town simpleton even your own clansmen have considered a bewildering piece of human density have indeed taken enough of our time. Somali waxaad ka tahay Habar Yoonis, literallly the hole farted from who is a nobody even in the Somaliland you claim and for dhul you have what has been called Guban. Bitterness really is a biotch!

Check this rabid iidoor out.
If so much as a wild watermelon is seen growing in "hy land", he will post endless pictures claiming the land is a new Pearl River delta.
Now he has been shown the reality of Gedo/Jubbaland, and he doesn`t like it one bit. :D  :sland:

Gedo region is much smaller than Sanaag let alone the rest of Somaliland. This isn't about land size, but the fact large parts of Gaajo Gedo is arid something the beyond
retarded boons can't seem to comprehend in this forum. So where does this myth of "green Gedo" image you guys like to spread comes from? from your dirty butt holes
that you use to bend down for Ina Yuusuf Ali Kenadiid? furthermore in the rank of prime agriculture land Gaajo Gedo ranks in the lowest in the south. It can't match the
agriculture potential of Hiiraan, Shabeelada Hoose, Jubbada Hoose, even Jubbada Dheexe seems more suitable for agriculture in comparison to Gaajo Gedo. Despite
having a river run through the region her people have failed to take advantage of it, because they are incapable people who can't do anything without the xaaraan Boli
Qaran cheques ay uu barteen. I know the reality might be harsh, but that is how it is. Unless the people of Gaajo Gedo are willing to change from lazy parasites to
productive people who can develop their region without relying on Boli Qaran.

A evidence of Marehan uselessness.
