--Make sure you don't drink coffee or eat any food 3hrs before sleeping
-----Clear your system -go to the bathroom -so u don't have to wake up later
----Turn of all lights --darkness
--Turn of or shut off all noises outside and inside--Silence
--Clear your mind from any thoughts or worrying
--Make sure you have the right Temparature --heat for winter or aircodition for summer
--Make sure you did your prayers and other duties.
--Turn of all radios, TVs, computers --and CELLPHONES!!
--Be confortable and relax

--Make sure your pillow or bed is confortable and the right size
--Say your prayers --
