why not make yourself some stuffed malawax, it's so easy to make it begs the question why you're eating cornflakes..

no wonder you're a slim thief... you dont eat heathy and well balanced meals.

as of today, no more mayo... try mustard, vinegar, or herb dressings with olive oils, you'll feel not to mention taste the improvement.
